“Nine Days of Spring” Bonus Offer, 2010

Terms and Conditions:

• The “Nine Days of Spring” Bonus Offer is a one-time promotional offer, valid from March 27, 2010, 00:00 UTC to April 5, 2010, 23:59 UTC.

• Gold Club Casino customers in good standing, who have made at least one deposit of at least €20 to their Gold Club Casino accounts, are eligible to take advantage of the “Nine Days of Spring” Bonus Offer, except for customers with registered addresses in Belarus, Bolivia, Canada, China, Hungary, India, Israel, Peru, Poland, Portugal, and the Ukraine.

• The “Nine Days of Spring” Bonus Offer is valid for each individual recipient only once, no matter how many accounts that person may hold.

• The customer can earn a bonus for each of the first nine deposits he/she makes to his/her Gold Club Casino account during the aforementioned promotional period. The amount of each bonus is equal to 30% of the amount of the deposit up to a maximum bonus of €25 per deposit. The maximum total bonus amount a customer can earn for all nine deposits is thus €225.

• Awarded bonus money can only be used to place bets in the games at Gold Club Casino.

• Wagering requirement: A total of 25 times the amount of the awarded bonus plus the amount of the deposit(s) must be placed in wagers by the customer in any of the roulette, blackjack or slot games at Gold Club Casino before the bonus amount is converted into real money that can be withdrawn.

• Even-odds wagers (i.e. bets placed on red/black, even/odd and high/low in roulette) do not apply toward the satisfaction of the aforementioned wagering requirement.

• If fraud or abuse of this or any other promotion is suspected, Gold Club Casino reserves the right to withhold any bonus, freeze the customer’s account(s) and declare winnings invalid.

• Gold Club Casino reserves the right to withhold the bonus and to cancel the bonus promotion at any time.
